As therapists, we bring a 'human first, therapist second' attitude into the room in order to develop the most genuine relationship possible with all clients. While we are familiar with more traditional therapy approaches, we believe that a more natural and down-to-earth approach helps everyone be more authentic and reach their goals quicker. |
INSIGHT
Our aim is to help you meet your goals, even if you don't have precise goals in mind when first entering treatment. Many times people are seeking out therapy due to something not feeling right. They may feel alone, unlovable, without worth, or blocked off from others. We are committed to assisting our clients in identifying those internal experiences in order to best identify how to improve their lives. Once set, we work together within a timeline that best suits you as an individual. |
CHANGE
While working together we employ a number of strategies to support people in gaining insight about their lives, fostering a more compassionate acceptance of themselves, while additionally developing the skills to make positive behavioral change. Both short term therapy and more in-depth long term therapy are available. |
